Refund Policy

Note: There are no charges during the quoting process.  However, once designing has begun the following policies apply:

Cancellation by the Client

If a client wishes to cancel a website design, and the design process has already begun, the deposit given by the client will be refunded minus an administration charge of $125.  If a client cancels a website design, and the design has already been approved, the deposit will not be refunded.

Yearly Paying Clients

If a client cancels their hosting services, the yearly plan will be made retroactive and the difference will be returned to the customer within 5 business days.

Monthly Paying Clients

If a client cancels their hosting services, the monthly plan will be prorated* and the difference will be refunded to the customer within 5 business days.

Artwork Charges

Artwork done for a client, or in process of being completed, will NOT be refunded.  Review “Void of Agreement by DigiLoop Designs” for the only exception to this clause.

Void of Agreement by DigiLoop Designs

In the rare event that DigiLoop Designs is unable to fulfill the request, and the design process has already begun, the company will return the deposit given by the customer within 7 days of the voided agreement.  In the unforeseeable event, such as an illness with a designer occurring, we will make every attempt possible to ensure that our clients are not impacted.  However, in the case of a serious life event of its owner or partnered designers that may directly impact our clients, notification will be sent, and if an alternative cannot be made for the client, a full refund will be given.

 

*If a plan is not cancelled within 3 business days of the next billing cycle date, the current month’s charge will not be prorated.
